When things go bump in the night, I'll typically grab my 14-inch-barreled Border Patrol shotgun by Wilson Combat to go investigate. Custom features like a jumbo-head safety button, ghost-ring rear sight, tritium front sight, short buttstock, and 14-inch barrel make it ideal for navigating dark rooms as I prowl around checking on my flock. Extra modifications by Vang Comp reduce recoil and deliver all nine pellets of Federal's tactical buckshot load on target at social distances. The pump-action blunderbuss may seem a bit old school, but it gets the job done.
