Grand Island, NE--Nic Neel, USPSA Grand Master and junior competitive shooter wore the Team Hornady colors for the first time at the Double Tap Championship Practical Pistol Competition in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Turning in a respectable performance as High Junior in the Open Division, Nic not only competed in the 12-stage match, but also officiated as one of the Range Officers.
"What I like best about Hornady bullets is the quality," said Neel. "I use 121 grain HAP bullets because they provide me with the consistency and smooth feeding I depend upon in these types of matches. Competing with fellow Team Member Max Michel this weekend was not only cool, but provided an opportunity to learn and improve my shooting skills by observing him. I'm looking forward to being a member of Team Hornady and encouraging other junior shooters to get in the game."
